The comprehensive national app, Tawakkalna, has announced the provision of a new service for beneficiaries of the "Makkah Route" initiative, enabling pilgrims to view their Hajj cards and permits electronically. This step is part of Saudi Arabia's efforts to offer a complete digital experience for guests of Allah, streamlining procedures and enhancing the efficiency of services provided from the early stages of their journey.
The Saudi Data and Artificial Intelligence Authority (SDAIA) is developing and operating the digital system for the "Makkah Route" initiative by connecting participating entities within a unified technical environment. This connection helps accelerate procedures and ensures the accuracy of data verification and biometric features, allowing pilgrims to easily access their Hajj permits and related services through the Tawakkalna app.

The Tawakkalna app includes more than 1,300 services in collaboration with over 350 government and private entities. These services aim to improve the quality of life for beneficiaries and facilitate access to essential services during the pilgrims' stay in the Kingdom. The number of app users has surpassed 35 million beneficiaries, with more than 1 million active users daily.
