Agrinas Pangan Nusantara, led by Joao Angelo de Souza Mota, has announced the import of 160,000 pickup trucks to support the operational activities of local cooperatives in Indonesia. During a press conference held at the Office of the Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs in Jakarta, Joao confirmed that all trucks have been procured, noting that the four-wheel drive (4WD) system needed by the cooperatives is not available in the Indonesian market. He explained that all imported 4WD trucks are produced abroad.

The imported trucks are distributed among several manufacturers, including 13,600 units from Mitsubishi, 10,000 units from Hino, and 900 units from Isuzu from Japan, along with 13,000 units from the Chinese company Foton.
