The Central Jakarta Court will hold the first session of the trial for Hendi Prio Santoso, the former CEO of PT Perusahaan Gas Negara (PGN), on Wednesday, April 8, on charges of corruption. The case pertains to a dubious partnership in a gas deal that occurred between his company and PT Inti Alasindo Energy (IAE) from 2017 to 2021.
The court spokesperson, Andi Saputra, stated that the case will be presided over by a panel of judges led by Judge Ni Kadik Susantini, with the assistance of judges Sonoto and Mardianto. Alongside Santoso, Arso Sadio Tokrosubroto, the chairman of IAE, will also be tried in the same session.

Both were sentenced to six years in prison and fined 250 million Indonesian Rupiah.
