Indonesian Minister of Housing and Urban Development, Marwanar Sirat, announced at a press conference held in Jakarta that the construction of new housing units in the Senin area, aimed at improving living conditions for residents living near railway lines, is set to be completed by June 15, 2026.
Sirat noted that this project comes under the directives of Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto, with the commencement of building 324 housing units in Senin, in addition to 500 housing units that will be constructed in the Kramat area.
