The Putrajaya administration (PPj) has announced the launch of a new program for international language classes for children in Putrajaya, aimed at enhancing youth skills and preparing them to face global challenges. This program comes in response to a call from Malaysian Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim, who urged Malaysians to master global languages.
The Minister in the Prime Minister's Department (Federal Territories) Hannah Yeoh confirmed that the program, which is divided into two groups, is supported by the e-commerce platform for cars Carsome Sdn Bhd, which has allocated 40,000 Malaysian Ringgit for the implementation of this project. She noted that these classes are part of the corporate social responsibility initiative following the establishment of Carsome in Putrajaya last January.

The program in 2026 will cover classes in English, Arabic, Mandarin, and Korean. The first group of classes will start on April 11 and continue until June 14, while the second group will commence on July 11 and run until September 6. The program is open to children and teenagers aged seven years and above, and classes will be conducted at several local educational centers in Putrajaya.
