The service locations are spread across five different areas in Jakarta, including: Grand Cakung Mall in East Jakarta, the main lobby of LTC Glodok in North Jakarta, the parking area of Trilogi University in South Jakarta, the southern lobby of Ciputra Mall in West Jakarta, and finally, the parking area of the post office in Laban Panting in Central Jakarta.

Renewing a driver's license requires the submission of several documents, including a national identity card (KTP), the original driver's license along with photocopies, a completed application form, and a health test at the service location. This service is only available for renewing valid class A and C driver's licenses.
If the driver's license has expired, the holder must apply for a new license at the driver's license service center in Dani Mogot, West Jakarta. The renewal fees have been set at 80,000 Indonesian Rupiah for class A licenses and 75,000 Indonesian Rupiah for class C licenses.
