The Indonesian Ministry of Manpower (Kemnaker) has launched the National Vocational Training Program 2026, which aims to enhance the labor market by bridging the gap between industry needs and workforce availability. A total of 10,405 participants have been selected to join the program, with 5,833 accepted through a competitive selection process, while 4,572 others were admitted through partnerships with industry and community organizations. Participants will be distributed across 21 vocational training centers and 46 centers under the ministry's supervision.
To facilitate the process, the Skillhub platform has been established as a central point for registration and selection, ensuring transparency and ease of follow-up. The ministry will also provide a range of assistance to participants, including free training, meals, transportation aid, and accident insurance.
