Diab clarified that the establishment of the largest aqua park in the North Coast is part of a vision aimed at transforming the AT project into a comprehensive entertainment and tourism destination, rather than just a traditional coastal project. The AT project is located in a prime area in Sidi Abdel Rahman, at kilometer 127 on the North Coast, covering an area of 105 acres. The project relies on the concept of “Organic Design,” which ensures smooth movement and integration of various elements while maintaining low building densities and heights not exceeding ground plus two floors.

The project includes a comprehensive set of entertainment components, including an aqua park that spans 30,000 square meters, making it the largest in the North Coast.
