PT Jasamarga Jalanlayang Cikampek reported that traffic on the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Bridge (MBZ) began to decline starting from the seventh day after Eid al-Fitr 1447 AH. While traffic towards the capital, Jakarta, remains active, it has started to decrease gradually.
In a statement, the company's Operations and Maintenance Director, Disti Angraini, confirmed that the number of vehicles heading towards Jakarta reached approximately 35,120 vehicles last Saturday, representing an increase of 29.3% compared to the normal traffic of 27,161 vehicles. Despite this rise, traffic has begun to decline gradually.
