The East Jakarta government (Pemkot Jaktim) has initiated a training program designed to educate citizens on how to process frozen foods, as part of its efforts to promote independent entrepreneurship. The program includes 100 participants from 10 different areas in East Jakarta, with the training organized at the RPTRA Utakara Beriman center.
