Indonesia Announces New Mechanism to Protect Business Innovations

The Indonesian Ministry of Law has introduced a new mechanism for intellectual property protection through a trade secrets system, allowing companies to safeguard their innovations without disclosing sensitive information. This announcement was made by the Director General of Intellectual Property, Hermansyah Sirigar, during a press conference in Jakarta.
