Hezbollah has sent a visual message to the Israeli leadership and public, vowing to thwart plans to establish a buffer zone and security belt on the ruins of border villages in southern Lebanon. The party warned that settlements in the north will not be safe, and that any Israeli entry into Lebanese territory will be met with resistance.
