Open Eastern Section of Fanling Road to Alleviate Traffic Congestion

Hong Kong authorities inaugurated the eastern section of Fanling Road on Sunday, a 4-kilometer stretch aimed at easing expected traffic congestion as residents move to a new development area. The project, costing HKD 7 billion, is part of the government's infrastructure improvement efforts.
