Grab purchases Foodpanda operations in Taiwan for $600 million

Grab Holdings Ltd. has signed an agreement to acquire Foodpanda, a subsidiary of Delivery Hero SE, in Taiwan for $600 million. This marks Grab's first entry into a market outside Southeast Asia.
