Lafarge Appeals Conviction for Funding Jihadists in Syria

French cement company Lafarge, along with eight other defendants, has appealed the convictions against them for funding jihadists in Syria during 2013 and 2014. The Paris Criminal Court had found them guilty in April, ordering them to pay approximately <strong>5.6 million euros</strong>.
