Sectarian violence kills over 1700 civilians in Syria
United Nations reports indicate that sectarian violence in Syria has resulted in the deaths of over <strong>1700</strong> civilians. The government of President <strong>Ahmad Al-Shaar</strong> has failed to take effective measures against extrajudicial killings and torture faced by Druze civilians in July 2025.
