Egypt discovers new natural gas field in the Western Desert
The Egyptian Ministry of Petroleum announced that the American company Apache has successfully discovered a new natural gas field in the Western Desert. Initial tests from the exploratory well 'SKAL-1X' indicate a daily production rate of approximately 26 million cubic feet.
