Accor Signs Agreement to Sell Stake in Esindi to Blackstone Group
French hotel management company Accor has announced a memorandum of understanding to sell its stake in Esindi to a group that includes Blackstone for up to <strong>€975 million</strong> (approximately <strong>$1.1 billion</strong>).
