Call to Transform Armed Groups into Humanitarian Formation
Shiite leader Muqtada al-Sadr urged the new Iraqi government to convert armed factions into a humanitarian formation named 'Soldiers of Religious Rites,' linked to the Hajj and Umrah Authority. He emphasized that those who reject this formation will be considered outside the law.
