Swiss banks launch stablecoin test linked to Swiss franc
Six Swiss banks, including UBS, have announced a collaboration to test a stablecoin linked to the Swiss franc, aiming to enhance the digital financial system in the country. The tests will take place in a secure environment known as a 'sandbox' in 2026.
