Indonesia Seeks to Accelerate Ratification of Cultural Heritage Agreements
The Indonesian Ministry of Culture has called for the expedited ratification of the 1970 UNESCO Convention and the 1995 UNIDROIT Convention to strengthen the national framework against the illegal trade in cultural property. This announcement was made during a conference in Jakarta focused on combating illegal cultural property trade.
