Dallah Health Sells Stake in Al-Faqih Company for 498 Million Riyals
Dallah Health Services has announced the signing of an agreement to sell 31.21% of its stake in Dr. Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Faqih Company to Dr. Suleiman Abdul Qader Al-Faqih Hospital for 497.9 million Riyals in cash. The deal is subject to several preconditions.
