Malaysian Court Rejects Foreign Shipping Company's Lawsuit
The Johor Bahru High Court dismissed a lawsuit filed by foreign shipping company Blue Ocean Shipping against the Malaysian government and police regarding the illegal detention of its crew. The ruling came five years after the incident that occurred in 2021.
