Couple Avoids Criminal Penalty After Pursuing Hurricane in Hong Kong
A couple in Hong Kong has evaded criminal charges after chasing Super Ragasas hurricane with their children last year. The prosecution agreed to settle the case with a good behavior order for three years and a fine of HK$2,000.
