Devastating floods in Dagestan claim 3 lives and displace thousands
A dam wall collapse in the Russian Republic of Dagestan resulted in the deaths of a woman and her daughter, as well as the evacuation of around 4,000 people following heavy rainfall. Authorities also reported another death due to a landslide.
