Japanese sushi chain sets record by purchasing tuna for $3.2 million
Kiyomura, the operator of the famous Sushi Zanmai restaurant chain, achieved a new record in the Guinness World Records by paying <strong>510.3 million yen</strong> (equivalent to <strong>$3.2 million</strong>) for a bluefin tuna at the first auction of the year. The transaction took place at the Toyosu fish market in Tokyo.
