Reduce Land Tax in Penang by Up to 82% for Owners
The Malaysian state of Penang has announced a significant reduction in land tax, cutting the tax on a 12-hectare plot from <strong>334,544 ringgit</strong> to <strong>180 ringgit</strong>. Property owners are required to submit their appeals by <strong>April 30</strong> to benefit from these reductions.
