Danone acquires British company Huel for €1 billion
French company Danone has announced its acquisition of British meal replacement company Huel for approximately <strong>€1 billion</strong> (around £864 million). Founded in 2014, Huel is known for its innovative plant-based products that provide healthy food alternatives.
