Japan Releases Strategic Oil Reserves to Alleviate Price Pressures
Japan announced it will release a portion of its strategic oil reserves starting Thursday, aiming to ease price pressures caused by the ongoing war in the Middle East. The country will also benefit from shared oil stocks with producing nations by the end of the month.
