Sign Agreement to Develop Infrastructure for Housing Project in Riyadh
Sumou Real Estate Company has signed an agreement with Mashareq Al-Arabi Real Estate Company to manage the development of infrastructure for a housing project in Riyadh, covering an area of <strong>1.83 million square meters</strong>. The agreement includes management fees equivalent to <strong>10%</strong> of the total development costs.
