The Pasaman Barat district government in West Sumatra has secured funding of over 11 billion rupiah to rehabilitate schools affected by natural disasters. This funding includes six early childhood education centers (PAUD) and nine elementary schools (SD) impacted by these disasters.
The head of the Pasaman Barat Education Office, Imter Pedri, reported that the funding is part of a cooperation agreement between the local government and the central government. A total of 5.29 billion rupiah has been allocated for early childhood education centers and 5.71 billion rupiah for elementary schools.
