Pertamina Patra Niaga has announced an increase in supported liquefied natural gas (LNG) supplies in the Madiun area, East Java, to ensure that citizens' needs are met during the extended Easter holiday from April 3 to 5, 2026. This step is part of the company's efforts to secure energy supplies during long holiday periods, which typically see a surge in demand for LNG.
In a statement, Ahmad Rahidi, the Communications and Relations Manager at Pertamina Patra Niaga, confirmed that the company has taken all necessary measures to ensure the availability of fuel and LNG during this period. He also noted that all infrastructure has been prepared to facilitate the smooth distribution of LNG and gasoline.

Pertamina clarified that it will distribute approximately 779,800 LNG cylinders throughout East Java, representing an increase of up to 49% over the daily average distribution.
