This decision is part of the ministry's efforts to facilitate procedures, enhance decision-making speed, and improve educational performance, serving the interests of the educational sector.
The decision includes delegating 15 education directors from various regions and governorates, granting them 41 specific powers aimed at enhancing the autonomy of administrations in managing their internal affairs. Among these powers are the approval of service transfers, loan agreements, and acceptance of resignations and early retirements for those who have completed 25 years of service in educational and administrative positions (rank 13 and below).
