Seven athletes from the Indonesian mountain climbing team are preparing to participate in the Asian Mountain Climbing Championship, which will take place in Maysan, China, from April 7 to 12, 2026. According to the team's assistant coach, Shulihin, the team consists of five male athletes and two female athletes, selected from both senior and junior athletes as part of the Indonesian Mountain Climbing Federation's (FPTI) efforts to develop their skills.

The athletes representing Indonesia in this championship are: Musaweir, Mahisa Qaisar, Mohammad Ramzi Firmansyah, Mohammad Rizik Syahrifli, and Rabian Dhi Ramadan in the male category, while the female athletes are Nur Diyatul Jana and Alma Ariella Tsani.
