Establish Agreement to Enhance Divorce Procedures and Documentation
The Ministry of Justice in Saudi Arabia has signed a memorandum of understanding with the General Presidency for Scientific Research and Ifta to develop mechanisms for handling and documenting divorce cases. This initiative aims to strengthen cooperation between the two entities and promote family justice.
