A military court in Jakarta, Indonesia, has formed a judicial body to address the case of human rights activist Andri Yunus, who was assaulted. This decision aims to ensure justice and uphold the rights of affected individuals.
Dimas Bagus Arya, coordinator of the Indonesian organization KontraS, has called for the acid attack case against activist Andri Yunus to be referred to the public court. This comes amid dissatisfaction with police procedures that have referred the case to the military.
The head of Indonesia's KontraS, Andria Vernita, revealed that activist André Younes' condition has deteriorated following an acid attack, leaving him in intensive care two weeks after the incident.
