Engineer Mahmoud Mourad, head of the New Al-Obour City Development Authority, clarified that the public draws will be conducted manually under the numbers (35, 36, 37) at the authority's headquarters. Draw number (35) will be dedicated to allocating housing to groups in lands that have been regularized under the property system within the New Egypt Cooperative Association.
Meanwhile, draw number (36) will be allocated for clients who have paid deposits for the regularized plots up until April 9, 2026, in the areas of Al-Qadisiyah and kilometer 48, according to the available plot sizes (209m² – 276m² – 350m² – 400m² – 450m² – 500m²).
Additionally, draw number (37) will be designated for clients who have paid deposits for plots in the Al-Amal area, using the same mentioned sizes.
Registration for attendance will begin at 10:00 AM, with doors closing at 12:00 PM, in preparation for the commencement of the public draws, requiring proof of identity for entry.
