Tractive has announced the launch of two new pet tracking devices, the Cat 6 Mini and Dog 6 XL, after acquiring Whistle from Mars Petcare about a year ago. These devices boast more stylish designs and advanced health features to monitor pet health.
The Cat 6 Mini comes with a sleeker design compared to the current Tractive device and monitors additional vital signs. Meanwhile, the Dog 6 XL is specifically designed for larger dogs, being lighter and more durable with improved battery life.

The Cat 6 Mini is available for $79 and the Dog 6 XL for $89, starting today through the company's online store and other retailers. The devices come in multiple colors, with the cat device available in beige, black, and purple, while the dog device is offered in beige and black. Both devices require a subscription, with a basic plan priced at $108 annually, which includes unlimited live tracking and alerts for when pets escape.
The premium plan includes all the features of the basic plan plus global coverage, family sharing, and location history for 365 days, at a cost of $120 per year.
